"Why a documentary about Bitcoin?" is the most common question people ask me.

The current narrative about Bitcoin is that it will make you rich quickly. However, this narrative has overshadowed the true purpose of Bitcoin, which was to give financial power back to the people.
I strongly believe that individual freedoms are under attack in the world today, and creating this documentary is my way of responding.
The main reason for this project is my naive hope that people from all over the world will watch it and understand that Bitcoin is a tool that can guarantee their freedom, our freedom.

BUT WHY BITCOIN CAN BE CONSIDERED AS A SYMBOL OF FREEDOM?
Bitcoin can be considered as a symbol of freedom in several ways:
Decentralization: Bitcoin operates on a decentralized network that is not controlled by any government or financial institution. This means that anyone can use Bitcoin without permission or restriction, regardless of their location or financial status.
Anonymity: Bitcoin transactions are pseudonymous, meaning that the user's identity is not linked to their wallet address. This offers a degree of privacy and anonymity that is not available with traditional banking systems.
Accessibility: Bitcoin can be accessed by anyone with an internet connection and a device capable of running a wallet application. This makes it accessible to people who may not have access to traditional banking services.
Borderless: Bitcoin transactions can be sent anywhere in the world, without being subject to international fees or exchange rates. This makes it a useful tool for people who need to send or receive money across borders.
Security: Bitcoin transactions are secured through cryptographic algorithms, making it virtually impossible for anyone to hack into the network or manipulate the system.
Overall, these characteristics of Bitcoin can be seen as empowering individuals and promoting financial freedom by removing barriers and intermediaries that are present in traditional financial systems.
